[Tux3] Standalone unit test for deferred free list

Deferred free support is checked in for userspace and kernel.  It is
not called from anywhere or initialized yet:

   http://hg.tux3.org/tux3/rev/a2130ea113f6

That is one item on the atomic commit to.do list just about taken care
of.
