[Tux3] Junkfs tar gz

Since my web site hosted by my university is down due to migration to
a new building...

Here's the junkfs.tar.gz as it was posted to tux3 university last night.

There are _many_ *known* issues/problems/bugs with this code.
(most, if not all, have been discussed last night and today on irc)
