[Tux3] Basics to start with...

Hello Everyone,

I've seen quite many people interested in participating in tux3. Most of
them are newbies like me.

I had a talk with Daniel on the irc and he suggested we read some concepts
thoroughly to start with so that we can participate constructively in this.
I am listing some of them here hoping it will be helpful.
