Well, I did the patch a few weeks ago, and just recovered this
from my old computer. The patch does something like this:

- Use more modern API, don't use fuse_lowlevel_compat.h
- Pass inodes as numbers, not as pointers
- Fix compile errors/warnings on 64-bit systems
- Simplify tux3_readdir, use tux3_opendir and tux3_closedir
- Now chmod(), chown() and chgrp() seem to work
- Fix tux3_getxattr return code: ENOENT -> ENODATA
- Some indentation fixes
