[Tux3] rename of ext2_* to tux_*, and tux_sb() stuff.

Hi,

Those are to get closer to kernel. rename of ext2_* to tux_*, and
tux_sb() stuff.

Please review it.

With those, we can compile files almost all in kernel if we add a few
functions (doesn't work yet though :)). Then, I hope we can do more
interesting stuff in kernel well.
