[Tux3] cleanup and small fix, and sparse warning fix

Hi,

The following is summary of cleanup and small fix, and sparse warning
fix.  "make tests" and some test seem to work.

Remove garbages (0xa0).

buffer is already used in use_atom(), just use it.

some constant doesn't fit to 32bits, so add ULL suffix.
