[Tux3] Mercurial repository for tux3

I have set up a Mercurial repository for Tux3 here:

   http://phunq.net/tux3

Please forgive the sparse web interface, I am just running the sample
cgi code there at the moment.  No kernel code checked in, only userspace
prototypes for the next little while.  Only one file checked in, the
version fuzz tester:

   http://phunq.net/tux3?f=9b760c6a9f62;file=test/version.c

To run: c99 version.c && ./a.out

Expected result: 10,000 random versioning operations ending with the
version tree:

(8) ~3
   (7) ~2
      (4) '1991' [119]
      (17) '1984' [105]
   (14) ~2
      (1) '1989' [111]
      (2) '1977' [118]
   (25) '1970' [115]
8 versions

and element list:

5 elements: [17, 105] [1, 111] [25, 115] [2, 118] [4, 119]
