[Tux3] cleanup and tux3graph improvement

Yes. However, graphviz seems to be already supporting svg at 2004.

	$ tux3graph [-v] volname
	$ dot -Tsvg volname.dot > foo.svg
	$ viewer foo.svg

We can use -Tsvg, instead of -Tpng.
