[Tux3] Starter project suggestion: Create special inodes only when first written

Hi,
It just occurred to me that this would make a nice starter project for
someone who would like to join in.
Instead of creating special inodes like the atom table and version table
at filesystem create time, create them when first written. This is a
space optimization, not a correctness issue, so there is no time
pressure. It would be a very nice introduction to Tux3 internals.
This project can be done entirely in userspace, then it should "just
work" in kernel.
Regards,
Daniel
