[Tux3] The Tux3 mailing list List-Id changed

The Tux3 mailing list List-Id changed when we migrated tux3.org to a 
new, higher bandwidth server.  This appears to be a Mailman bug, for 
which I do not yet have a solution.  For now, please update your 
filters to filter on either List-ID containing tux3.tux3.org or 
tux3.mailman.tux3.org.
